Experience
We have been building in Sydney and surrounds for over 30 years and we’re still just as passionate as ever about seeing dreams become reality. Many building techniques and materials have changed over the years and we are always looking for new ideas, styles and construction methods and recently, we have expanded our knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient homes. By combining our experience with an enthusiasm for new thinking and technology, we create the best home environments for our clients.
Satisfaction
We have a long list of past satisfied customers and contactable references. Our work can be seen in locations around the Hills district, surrounding semi-rural suburbs and other areas in Northwest Sydney. We aim for satisfied clients above all else and believe that if we can achieve that, a profitable business will be a welcome by-product and after around 35 years of building, this belief has proved successful. As a family business, we strive not only to earn a good name for our company, but also for our family.
Supervision
All work is supervised and managed directly by the owner of the business, Richard Hoogervorst. This means you have direct access to the builder who is the owner, not just a supervisor. Issues can be resolved immediately on-site, saving time, money and inconvenience. Richard is a fussy man and ensures that our building work is to the highest standard at all times. He also directs our apprentices and tradespeople to develop their skills at the highest level and we aim to create superstar tradespeople of the future. So far, all of our apprentices have graduated and either stayed with NuVision or gone on to form their own successful building companies.
On Time
Time is money, and we hate to waste both. NuVision make a specific effort to be flexible to get works completed on time, even in difficult circumstances. We are particularly mindful to ensure flexibility when working on sites where families are living, ensuring disruption to the family unit is minimised.
Insurance
NuVision holds all relevant and prudent insurances including Public Liability Insurance, Product Liability, Construction All Risk Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
Quality
NuVision is dedicated to quality presentation and respect for your property. We keep houses and sites clean and our staff are required to be well presented and conduct themselves professionally at all times. We arrive on time and follow up requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Consistency
We quote thoroughly. Cost variations are minimised as our quoting method aims to include all foreseeable costs at the outset, rather than providing a low quote with cost variations being presented once the work is underway, as this would be misleading and not consistent with our values.
Communication
Our team pride ourselves on good communication during the duration of each project, particularly in relation to any variations to the work or costs. We keep you up-to-date and in control at all times.
Limiting overheads
We control costs by limiting waste and overheads rather than compromising quality. We absolutely understand the need to keep within a budget and work to save you as much money as we can while still delivering the required quality result.
